Depression
You may be feeling low, irritable, or have a deep sense of hopelessness and disconnection from those around you. However the feelings are showing up for you, together we will get to the root of the problems and work to change how you think, feel and behave.

Anxiety
Anxiety that shows up in the body is a sign that there are emotions underneath that need to be explored. Anxiety that shows up in the mind is a way that the brain has developed to regulate underlying feelings and anxiety. But ruminating doesn't resolve the underlying issues. We'll work together to get to the bottom of what is causing your anxiety so that you can let go of those unhealthy patterns.

Relationships
Whether your relationship issues involve intimate partners or friends, therapy is a really effective way to get to the bottom of your patterns and break free of them. Your goal may be to survive and thrive after a difficult break-up, find your voice with others, or overcome a sense of loneliness. Whatever your goal, it will be an honor to help you get there.

Trauma
Trauma occurs when our capacity to tolerate an experience or experiences is overwhelmed. This is true whether it is a one-time event or a pattern of events. Through our work together, we will safely navigate through the pain and the fear so that you will come out on the other side feeling more whole.

Self-Esteem
Do you lack self-confidence? Find it hard to speak up and advocate for yourself? Or do you engage in negative self-talk? Let's work together to help you step into your best self and live a more authentic, confident life.

Life Transitions
Change can surface many different feelings and that is true whether the change is exciting, difficult, or something in between. You may find yourself engaging in behavior that you don't fully understand. Therapy can help you navigate the transition and, if you are interested, can be used to get to the bottom of life-long challenges.
